IIM Indore Scholarships

Need-Based Financial Assistance (NBFA)

The NBFA scholarships are provided by the PGP Executive Committee and the NBFA Committee at IIM Indore. Students with a gross family income not exceeding INR 4,50,000 in the previous year are eligible. The financial aid offered is based on family income slabs as follows:

Scholarships Offered by the Central Government of India

Central Sector Scholarship for SC/ST Students

Students from the SC/ST categories with a gross family income of less than INR 4,50,000 in the previous financial year are eligible for this scholarship. The financial support covers:

  • Tuition fees
  • Non-refundable charges
  • Lodging and boarding charges
  • Books and stationery charges
  • Cost of IT equipment for the first year

Minority Welfare Scholarship (Merit-cum-Means)

This merit-based scholarship is provided by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, for students whose family income does not exceed INR 2,50,000 per annum.

Scholarships Offered by Industries

Apart from NBFA and government scholarships, IIM Indore students can also avail of scholarships offered by various industries. Some of these include:

Aditya Birla Scholarships

Meritorious first-year students can receive financial support under the Aditya Birla Scholarship Program. Those who are among the top 25 performers in terms of CGPA can continue receiving the scholarship in the second year. The scholarship amount is INR 1,75,000, and 1 or 2 students are selected.

OPJEMS Scholarships

Top 20 second-year students based on their first-year grades/CGPA can apply for OPJEMS Scholarships. Selection involves a written test and a personal interview, with 1 or 2 students receiving a scholarship amount of INR 1,25,000.

State Bank of India Scholarships

These merit-based scholarships provide INR 1,50,000 annually to qualified students.

Eicher Scholarships

Eicher Scholarships are awarded annually to deserving students based on merit, with an amount of INR 50,000.
