Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER), situated in Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, stands as a deemed university since 1994 under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. It was established in 1985 under the esteemed leadership of Shri N.P.V. Ramasamy Udayar.
